Growing up, we had products containing Melaleuca all over our house. You know the products I speak of. It was in our laundry room, our kitchen, our bathroom. It had a very distinct smell that takes me back to my mom standing by the washing machine, teaching me how to do my own laundry. At the time, I had no idea that Melaleuca was actually a plant that had more versatility than just household cleaners.

Most people are familiar with Lavender and its distinct aroma because of its vast use in candles, oils, soaps, creams, home decor, gardens, teas, and even desserts. It's touted as the bearer of peace and calm but it has way more to offer than just that.
What?
Lavender, or Lavendula Angustifolia, is native to France and the Mediterranean. In ancient Egypt, it was used in the mummification process. It is in the mint family and prefers dry, sunny, and well-drained, sandy soil, and can be pretty particular about having its own space. Lavender essential oil, used in diffusers or in a carrier oil, is one of the most commonly used oils.
Why?
We love Lavender as a natural anxiety reducer and a mood lifter (let’s face it, the world could use more of that), and as a sleep aid for our little ones (can I get an “Amen”). It can help to calm a nervous stomach, lessen the tension headaches from long, stressful days, shoes away bugs, soothes irritated skin, helps in the disinfecting and healing of wounds. On top of all that, Lavender's benefits extend to our animal friends.

Not the kind that you buy from the store, but the kind that just grow and grow and grow right in front of our eyes. The idea of having a part in their bloom, from the planting to the constant care, and watching over, and then the harvesting, and preparation makes us feel proud not just to have them, but to use them in our products. Being invested in the whole process is an assurance that our whole being is present in each project, and your well-being is at the forefront of our mind. What?
![]() Why?
Our love for Calendula goes far beyond its beauty. In addition to being a nutrient-dense garnish for salads, Calendula may be used to help with pain and inflammation, as an anti-fungal, and for nourishing and aiding in the correction of skin issues such as acne, eczema, diaper rash, and can be applied directly to wounds.
Which?
Here’s a list of products that we provide (click the link to see each product): Calendula Sugar Scrub, Chest Rub, Chronic Ear Funk Oil, Peppermint Lip Balm, Pure Calendula Oil, Tough Love Salve, Universal Salve.
